For the last 16 years, we have had no individuals as customers, that is, we have no retail customers; we have only professional investors in the form of corporations, funds, LLP's or family offices. Hence, Since 2008 we have had no Investment management contracts with individuals.
Our company does not purchase goods or services and does not have a single authorised signatory to enter into contracts on its behalf and bind the company. Contracts are executed by a specific committee and through confidential procedures to prevent fraud. We do not reply to unsolicited marketing emails or calls.

Our services are available to Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties as these are defined by the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority. We do not provide any services to retail clients.
We do not have and never had any website offering services online or affiliates seeking customers on our behalf. We do not have representatives who are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Our company was established in 2000 and as an authorised investment manager in 2001 aiming to apply derivatives trading expertise in the asset management arena through a systematic modeling approach. Over the last twenty-three years, we have launched funds and developed more strategies, always trying to offer superior risk-adjusted returns.
Principal Activity: Our principal activity is discretionary investment management through managed accounts for professional investors only. That means we neither have nor seek to have retail customers.
